In innovation, our data is inherently less certain, especially early on. Logic has to carry more weight when you choose your way forward. So your logic had better be really good.
To that end, create gap-free arguments when you ideate and design solutions, businesses, and business cases. Move "run" by rung, just as on playground monkey bars.
